i'm trying write proper path css. can't figure out proper way write it. want connect css file : homepagestyle.php file /7questions/index.php

here's wrote : href="css/homepagestyle.php

and here's actual path : /public_html index.php /css /7questions    index.php    /css      /homepage         homepagestyle.php 

you using .php instead of .css.
