jquery - Fixed footer with input breaks with virtual keyword iOS 9 / Safari -

i have fixed footer contains subscription form. when focus input window scrolls placed in dom (order below content).

i have tried several options without solution:

• ios 5 fixed positioning , virtual keyboard
• ios ipad fixed position breaks when keyboard opened

i want form stay @ top of keyboard , current scroll position maintain.

and more. ideas?
