ios - How to create RefreshControl at the bottom of TableView Swift 2+ -

please me if have idea how implement uirefreshcontrol @ bottom of uitableview?

like this, under table view when drag up.

when i'll drag table view want similar result refreshcontrol. while drag top "loading circle" filled, , if don't drag end, , "loading circle" not filled entirely, refresh func isn't called

need implementation swift!
