asp.net mvc - Visual Studio 2013 publish to file system not working -

i have tried many tricks visual studio won't publish solution anywhere on file system. using visual studio 2013 professional. solution mvc 5 razor.

i have tried deleting publish profiles, changing between debug , release , nothing seems work.

i not sure if might related razor helpers , viewbag not recognized in views. have checked of versions , system.web.mvc 5.2.3.0 , references in webconfigs seem match that.

this 2 separate questions wasn't sure if 1 might have other.

when publishing says succeeded @ end folder totally empty.
