c# - SharePoint 2013 REST API: Firing Content Organizer Rules -

i trying upload files drop off library in sharepoint , adding metadata files have them routed through content organizer. however, after add required column metadata content type, file doesn't routed or moved.

i can go sharepoint through browser , hit submit on file's metadata page, , content organizer rules fired.

i looking way fire content organizer rules through rest api.

i know when viewing content organizer settings via sharepoint, there submission points section. hitting exact page api call? if navigate site settings | site administration (heading) | content organizer settings can view page.
